Brennan focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, professional malpractice, personal injury, real estate and other civil litigation. As a business owner himself, Brennan works regularly with other entrepreneurs and has a unique insight into the challenges they face. Brennan has particular experience litigating complex disputes among businesses, shareholders and investors. His trial experience is extensive, having tried numerous cases in federal and state courts in multiple jurisdictions. Brennan has successfully secured eight figure resolutions in various types of disputes.
Brennan was raised in Topeka, Kansas, and graduated the University Of Kansas School Of Law in 2001. He lives in Lawrence, Kansas with his family and enjoys golfing and following local sports teams.
He was admitted to the Kansas Bar in 2001; to the Missouri Bar in 2002; also admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, District of Kansas in 2001 and before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri in 2002. Brennan is a Member of the Douglas County Bar Association; the Kansas Bar Association; the Missouri Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
