Kevin is a native of Baldwin City, Kansas. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kansas in 1991 and obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kansas in 1994. Kevin was admitted to the Kansas bar in 1994 and admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Kansas that same year. Kevin is a member of the Douglas County Bar Association; former member and President of the Lyon-Chase County Bar Association; Douglas County Criminal Defense Bar Association; Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He brings experience in the areas of Federal and State Criminal Defense, Family Law and Social Security Disability Law. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys watching college basketball, playing competitive disc golf, and spending time with his family.
