Mark T. Emert

Mark is a native of Sabetha, Kansas. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Kansas in 2000. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate from the University Of Kansas School Of Law in 2005, Mark was an Event Coordinator for Premier Sports Management, Inc., of Overland Park, Kansas. Mark practices primarily in the areas of business litigation and the formation and operation of business organizations. Mark is a member of the Kansas Bar Association, the Douglas County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar, and he is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Kansas and Missouri. In addition to representing individuals in defense of criminal charges, Mark practices in the areas of business and commercial litigation in Federal and State courts. In his spare time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and son at KU games, the swimming pool, and traveling.
